Hip Hop Hangover 8.28.09

This is my favorite card that I made this week! I really love the new In-Colors, especially these two paired together. I think the touch of gold gel pen really sets the color combination off.

I made this card for a few challenges. First, I played the Featured Stamper Challenge and cased this card by jojot. Of course, I altered it a bit, using my Unity. The big square image reminded me of this stamp in Folk Inspired. Then, I incorporated this week's CAS29, an inspiration challenge by shoes and hand bags from Anthropologie. I chose these lovelies to be inspired by :) I drew inspiration from the color and I thought the cut out pattern reminded me of this image!

Finally, the lovely ladies at Our Creative Corner issued a challenge last Saturday to use the new In-Colors and so I submitted this one.

Have a fabulous Friday!!!

Here are the details:

Stamps: Folk Inspired (Unity)
Paper: Soft Suede, Confetti White
Ink: Soft Suede, Bermuda Bay
Accessories: gold gel pen, mat pack, paper piercing tool, stampin' dimensionals
Techniques: paper piercing, cas

All products are Stampin' Up! unless otherwise posted.
