When I saw this gorgeous tree, I just knew that I had to hang a tire swing from it. I drew in the ground around my tree and added a little greeting to round it out.  I had a tire swing as a kid at my grandparents house and our sweet little neighbor has one in her front yard too.

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to head to Tangii's blog now.

Details - Stamps:  Tree Greetings (MFP); Paper: Favorite Natural (MFP), Always Artichoke; Ink: Tuxedo Black; Accessories: Copic and Touch Twin Markers, Scallop Edge Punch, black eyelet, stampin' dimensionals.

  7. What a great idea with the tire swing. I had a swing in a big, oak tree when I was little...not a tire, though. Spent many an hour there. Would love to have it now. :-)Your card is sooooo pretty.

  16. Love your tire swing. I had a tree with a tire swing about 14 years ago, my dog was a puppy then. He used to push the swing and jump and bite at it. One day he pushed it and got stuck in it. His head and his front legs were sticking out one side and the back legs were stuck behind. After laughing at him for a few minutes, I did go and rescue him. He doesn't do much swinging anymore.
