Thanks for coming by for another look today! I think you will all really enjoy today's set. I am beyond thrilled to have another Mark's Finest Papers background stamp. I think this background will make amazing distressed looking projects. I whipped up a little easel card for you today. You can find a tutorial for the Easel card here. I used the background for the largest part of my easel card and then sponged around the edges. Then, I stamped the butterfly on the card stock two times and then stamped, colored and trimmed out a third to pop up on the base of my easel card. For accents, I used some champagne colored rhinestones and some faux washi tape. When I make my faux washi tape, I use tissue paper and Scor-Tape. On my tape, I stamped one of the sentiments from Cracked Hello and on the other I stamped the background again.

ReplyDeleteOh my!!!! LOVE your faux Washi Tape!!! Tissue paper!!! Genius!!! I have seen the tutorial on making your own but I never saw tissue paper. I could never find the tape they suggested but I have Scor-tape and tissue paper!!!
