Hello and Happy Monday! After a whirlwind weekend that involved moving furniture in four different rooms of my house, I'm here with a simple card for the Friends of Speedy TV challenge. Today is challenge number 49 and it's all about making a Christmas card. I stamped a background first from the recently released stamp set named Just A Note. Over the background, I stamped the sentiment and then the two different sized holly images around the left and bottom edges of the card. I colored in my holly and then added some Gold Smooch dots on the berries. I matted this on a gold mirrored card stock and then popped that up from a plain white card base.
Now make sure you play along because Mark's Finest Papers is offering up a darling set called Christmas Greetings. Take a look at this set:
Isn't this cute? I love the church, the snowflakes and the fabulous sentiments that are included.
Thanks for stopping by and I'll be looking for your card!
Details - Stamps: Just A Note (MFP), Holly Jolly Greetings (MFP); Paper: Sweet Tooth White, DCWV Autumn Melody Card Stock, GKD White; Ink: London Fog, Tuxedo Black; Accessories: Touch Twin Markers, Gold Smooch, scor-tape, stampin' dimensionals.
Might be simple but it turned out great. Beautiful card.
