Here's the Design Team: Lois, Kelli Jo, Karen , Kathy, Toni, Janine, Shirley Q, Vickie, Sandy, Marks Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.
For today's card, I played with one round lantern in a repeated way. I stamped it six times and cut three of them out, after I colored them. I drew in some string or twine that they might be held up by. I drew in a thin border and stamped a simple sentiment. I matted my image panel with a purple layer and then popped it up off the card base.

That's it for me today. Head on over to Janine's blog and come on back tomorrow for more creativity.

Really great card and the string looks so pretty!
ReplyDeleteLove your colorful lanterns; great doodling around the edge!
ReplyDeleteI love the clean and simple layout you created. Fussy cutting the lanterns and placing them over the ones you stamped on the white panel gives them an extra pleasing dimension. Well done.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty card. I like how you have them hanging. Great job.
