It's a flashback, I tell you! Flashback Friday, what a fun challenge. This week the challenge is to go back in time and find your first glitter project or card. I went all the way back to July of 2008 to get this little treasure!
Well folks, there is DD on this one. DD would be Dazzling Diamonds and boy does that stuff make a mess! I'm sure it was new to me then and I just barely used it. If you look closely, I dabbed on some two way glue and put a teeny weeny bit on the burgundy colored flower.
I think I could really like this challenge. It might be kind of fun to see how far (or not) I have come. It looks like my style then was pretty clean and simple. I am hoping I am a bit more refined now. Maybe I will make an updated version of this card...just for fun!
Thanks for stopping by!
Details - Stamps: Tag Time; Paper: Very Vanilla, Old Olive, Close to Cocoa, Basic Grey Sugared, Pale Pink card stock that was in my drawer; Ink: Basic Brown, Old Olive, Pretty in Pink, Bravo Burgundy; Accessories: Two way glue pen, DD, Sheer pink ribbon, Stampin' Dimensionals.

Thanks so much for playing and let us know if you post an updated version of your card...that would be a nice spin:)
P.S. Yahoooo for a fellow washingtonian!!!
How fun!! I love the touch of glitter on the flower. I also get loose glitter everywhere when I use it. I just tell my kids that mommy has extra sparkle for those days. ;)
Thanks for joining us for Flashback Friday 7.0!!
Hugs,
Amy

The Teeny bit of DD is just the right touch on this pretty flower. It is lovely, would love to see what you do to "update"it :0)
A cute flashback! It's fun to see how far we've come. That tile layout is adorable. :)
