Using Leaves

I'm so late in posting this as it was for last Thursday's Ways to Use It challenge.  Hannah challenged us all to use leaves on our card...so I had a little fun with my leaves.  I don't really know what this technique is called, but I love it.  I stamped my leaves, trimmed them up and glued them down to a piece of card stock.  Then I ran that piece of card stock through my Big Shot with the Square Lattice embossing folder.  I adored the texture I came up with so I left it shine.  I matted it and wrapped some cording around it and called it good.

I can barely keep my eyes open, so I will call it right here.  Thanks for stopping by!

Details - Stamps: French Foliage; Paper: Soft Suede, Very Vanilla; Ink: Pumpkin Pie, More Mustard, Old Olive, Soft Suede; Accessories: Square Lattice embossing folder, copper cording, paper snips, stampin' dimensionals.
