Scor-Pal November "More Than One Score" Challenge Mid-Month Tutorial

Wow, it's already mid-November and time for this month's tutorial. The theme for this month's Scor-Pal "more than one score" challenge is Special Gift Packaging.  I'm hostessing this month and I made berry box for holding any kind of gift.
For this project you will need:

  • Scor-Pal
  • Scor-Tape
  • One 8" x 8" piece of patterned paper
  • Two 1/2" x 8" pieces of card stock
  • Paper snips
  • Leaf die
  • Stamp set
  • Ink
  • Ribbon
  • Sponge dauber
  • Dimensional adhesive
Place the 8" by 8" piece of designer paper in the Scor-Pal.  Score at 2 1/2" and 5 1/2".

Turn the patterned paper 180 degrees and score again at 2 1/2" and 5 1/2".
Burnish all of the score lines.
Trim away the four corner created by the score lines.
Line the edges of each side with Scor-Tape.
Place one 1/2" by 8" piece of card stock in the Scor-Pal with the 8" side against the fence.  Score at 3 7/8" and 7 3/4".  Repeat the process with the second piece of card stock.
Burnish the score lines.
Apply Scor-Tape to the 1/4" sections of the scored card stock.
Remove adhesive backing and create the top band for the berry box.
Remove the adhesive backing from the sides of the patterned paper and adhere the band to the top of the sides, creating the berry box.
Embellish the berry box as desired.
Now fill the berry box with any gift you wish to give!

I chose coffee and donuts for today. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
