Not Accepted, Take Two

Remember yesterday when I said I had a goal of being published.  Well, this was another card that I submitted in an attempt to be published.

This one has many more colors and patterns than I would normally combine.  I did try to stick to my CAS style to make it work for me.

I particularly like the sponging and the tails of the taffeta ribbon that I hit with a heat gun!

Thanks for stopping by!

Details - Stamps:  Watercolor Trio, Baby Blossoms; Paper: Very Vanilla, Prima Annalee dsp, Basic Grey Sugared; Ink: PUrely Pomegranate, Creamy Caramel; Accessories:  Paper snips, corner chomper, MM edge distresser, Tasteful Trims die cute, needle and thread, stampin' dimensionals, mini glue dot, sponge dauber.

Oh! This is so pretty! It's got that CAS look that I'm loving more and more, but just enough designer paper and trims to make that other "me" happy, too. Love it!

Sorry your card didn't get accepted for publication- it's gorgeous, so keep trying! I haven't been published either, but I think I might try submitting...Thanks for the inspiration!
