Jan. 27- Finger Paint Book Marker by Sandy
Jan. 28- Water Background by Pat
Hello again!  What a fun week this is turning out to be.  I saw some really cool artwork on Pinterest and just had to try and replicate the look on a card!  I love the image stamped on a book page and then outlined with white.  I wasn't sure what medium to use so I experimented a little bit.  I finally went with white acrylic paint and am very pleased with my outcome.  I also gave the body of the boat and the waves a touch of color.

Let's get started !!  Here's the Design Team: BonnieKarenKrenLoisMariLynnPatPamSandyShirleyToniVickieMFP Stamp Shop.

I hope you enjoy the hop. Come back each day and let us take you to the beach. We hope to inspire you to start your own fun in the sun.  Get to work on the tutorials, show us what you made by February 12th and check back on February 13, 2016 to see if you are a winner.

Details - Stamps: Silly Shells (MFP), Lighthouses (MFP); Paper: Book page, Soft Suede, Soft Sky; Ink: Versamark, Tuxedo Black, Crumb Cake; Accessories: White acrylic paint, paintbrush, Copic Markers, Copic multiliner, large eyelets, crop-a-dile, Linen & Canvas impression plate (PTI), sponge dauber, white embossing powder, heat tool, stampin' dimensionals.

Oh my goodness! I love this stamping on a page idea. I have tried it but without outlining it in white, it seems to get lost. Great idea!

This is so pretty and really different. The book page makes a great background and the paint outline really makes the boat pop!
