Love, love, love these birdcages!  I stamped the birdcage on vellum and then embossed it with black embossing powder.  I cut a door to leave open (matching my 'uncaged bird' sentiment) with a craft knife and then I trimmed out the whole cage.  Three strips of washi tape behind a popped up double die cut scalloped circle make up the backdrop for my embossed cage!

Thanks for stopping by!  Come on back tomorrow for more creativity.

Details - Stamps: Birdcages (MFP); Paper: GKD White, Black Licorice (MFT), vellum; Ink: Versmark, Tuxedo Black; Accessories: Black embossing powder, heat tool, paper snips, craft knife, washi tape, stampin' dimensionals, corner chomper.

A cute card. I love how you opened the door on the cage and the pretty strip of paper you added behind it.
